  • Trade Show Floor Open 10/9/26 11:00am-2:00 pm

​Our show is all table-tops, meaning: there will be no pipe and drape booth options this year.

Exhibitor Table Costs:

Six-Foot Tables
  • One 6-Foot Table $1100
  • Two or more 6-foot Tables $1000
  • One 6-Foot Table for a Small Press* $850
  • Two or more 6-Foot Tables for a Small Press* $800
Eight-Foot Tables
  • One 8-Foot Table $1200
  • Two or more 8-foot Tables $1100
  • One 8-Foot Table for a Small Press* $950
  • Two or more 8-Foot Tables for a Small Press* $900
* Small Presses (or businesses) are those with 30 or fewer employees.

Exhibitor Move-In / Move-Out Info:

Move-In: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from Noon to 6pm
​Move-Out: Friday, October 9, 2026 from 2-5pm
