In-Booth Signings

Placement Fee: $100
Drayage: Send books along with your booth materials, not to our author event warehouse
Quantity: Up to you. We suggest 100 comp books or galleys
In-booth signings are a great way to bring attention to an author and also draw attendees to your booth for conversation. The time you assign these authors is up to you.
  • Choose a time range (ie, start AND end time) and let us know so we can add it to the program.
  • The deadline for this information is September 13. 

TIPS FOR AUTHORS​
  • Bring business cards or promotional postcards with your personal contact information, social media, etc.
  • Know your market. These are indie booksellers and you will endear yourself to them by supporting the indie market. If you don't already, it's necessary to include indie buy buttons on your website, and put indies first whenever you can. Here's how.

Shipping Books

We don't get involved with shipments for in-booth signings. Please ship books with your booth materials and take complete responsibility for making sure your signing is ready for your author.
