Enjoy a choose-your-own-adventure bus-led tour of five Twin Cities bookstores. Attendees have two options. 1) Take a chartered tour of five exemplary bookstores in the Twin Cities. 2) Alternatively, tour three bookstores and partake in a final educational offering, hosted by Magers & Quinn booksellers. Learn the ins and outs of used book purchasing, pricing, and inventory management. Lunch is provided for both the tour and the education sessions.
ESTIMATED SCHEDULE
9:00 am - Bus departs from The Depot
9:15 am-10:45 am - Visit Birchbark Books and Wild Rumpus
10:45 am - Arrive at Magers & Quinn. Owners, managers, and buyers can stay for catered lunch and take part in the educational session. Those who want to see more stores hop back on the bus.
11:15 am - Lunch is served and visit DreamHaven Books
12:45 pm - Arrive at Moon Palace Books
1:40 pm - Pick up attendees from Magers & Quinn
2:00 pm - Return to The Depot
